Lee Builders Inc., is a General Contractor
specializing in residential building construction.
Founded by Curtis R. Lee in 1960, and reincorporated in
2005, Lee Builders Inc. has over four decades of
construction experience and has built innumerable
projects. Our company is enriched by three generations
of continuous family ownership and operation. We draw
upon our rich heritage of old-school integrity, along
with cutting-edge innovation in materials, technologies,
processes, and methods, to meet 21st Century building
challenges.

pre-construction, general construction, construction

General Contracting
Lee Builders Inc. utilizes a team approach to manage
subcontractors, vendors and suppliers and has the
ability to self-perform work. We provide customers with

Construction Management
For larger or more complex projects, Gleeson
Constructors provides construction management as part of
an integrated team, consisting of the Owner/Developer,
Architect/Engineer, and Lee Builders Inc. as
construction manager.
Design/Build
In the design/build project delivery system, Lee
Builders Inc. takes total project responsibility,
assembling the design and construction team to produce a
turn key project. Gleeson Constructors design/build
